BLOCK OUT began not as a product, but as a provocation. Designed for the ELEVATED ESSENTIALS project and carved in a facility typically reserved for monumental marble statuary, this bespoke bathtub reimagines the bathroom as a space of presence, not just function. Sculpted from a single, solid block of stone, BLOCK OUT is both object and architecture - weighty, refined, and unapologetically permanent.
Each piece is made to order, produced in a limited edition of 50. Individually numbered and signed, no two are alike. The marble’s natural veining runs in uninterrupted lines - across base, rim, and even through the integrated drain cover - creating a visual continuity that speaks to its singular origin.
The form is bold, but not brutal. Edges are softened, the interior hollowed with care. There’s a quiet generosity to its scale - room to sink, to breathe, to linger. It feels less like a fixture and more like a carved sanctuary: elemental, enduring, still.
Resting along the rim, a matching stone tray offers a subtle counterpoint - a place for pause, for ritual, for small acts of comfort. Like the tub itself, it is precise yet generous. A detail that feels inevitable, not added.
More than a bathtub, this piece is a vessel - of water, of weight, of stillness. A carved volume that holds not just the body, but the moment itself.
